Right ahead of Come for a Drink's (CFAD) 3rd anniversary, Chellestter did a translation of the dialogue to Brazilian Portuguese!

To celebrate the game's 3rd anniversary, I made a pseudo-auto-bio-behind-the-scenes zine below. Enjoy!

Cover of COME FOR A DRINK's behind the scenes, a short zine about making a visual novel in 2 months for the first time ever, by Dirchansky. Cover features a drawn version of Dirchansky (represented by a fish?) thinking "WTF am I thinking", while holding a tablet stylus and hovering over a tablet. There is also a grayscale sketch of the main characters from the Come for a Drink game, posing on the left-hand side. The logo for the game appears on the very bottom.
Other text on the cover says: "I don't know how to make a game or visual novel or use renpy, etc."

Pages 1-2 of the Come for a Drink behind the scenes zine, showing the original concept for the game and Dirchansky's overly lazy ambitions to join a game jam.

page 4-5 of the Come for a Drink behind the scenes zine, showing Dirchansky's overly lazy scope that ballooned into an overly ambitious scope. These pages also include a collage of in-game art (character outfits, emotions, backgrounds, etc.)

pages 6-7 of the Come for a Drink behind the scenes zine, showing the origins of the 4 main characters of the game: Fung, Sunny, Ceilic, and Alain. There are also text descriptions of the character traits, and an unstructured collage of old artwork of the characters.

Come for a Drink behind the scenes zine, page 8-9, describing the beloved animal route and voice acting

Come for a Drink behind the scenes zine, page 10-11, describing the human characters and voice acting shenanigans

Today's music post: Am I Broken by Kenton Chen. Super versatile singer and great energy in performances!
